Identifying behaviour you don't want and getting the group (not you) to spot it and then make the person who committed the offense wear a mask, silly hat, rugby shirt for someone they don't like (If you have an English and an Australia shirt you cover all possibilities). If you do this make sure one of the facilitation teams makes the error first.
