Accelerate is a book authored by Nicole Forsgren, Jez Humble and Gene Kim.[1] This book presented the insights gained from research that collected survey responses from over 2 000 unique organizations of various sizes that were all familiar with the term DevOps. The survey has been repeated on a yearly basis under the DevOps Research & Assessment Program (DORA Program) with findings published in annual reports.[2]
