Intro
My name is Corina Lupu. I live in Switzerland. I have an eclectic educational background, partially institutional (MA in Philosophy and Linguistics; Design and Digital Marketing; Scrum), but also mostly from outside of official settings, in social sciences, humanities and natural sciences, basically in anything rigorous that can increase my understanding of the world.
So far, I have worked for 23 organizations (of all lengths, including student job) and within 9 different industries (including manufacturing, public sector and IT). During that period, I have always liked to observe, make sense of the system, and sometimes influence it, especially after I have learned about agile principles and Scrum, when I was working as a project manager.
Since 2018, I have started to explore what is commonly known as "the new ways of working movement", methods and theories around that. This is how I came across Cynefin, the field of naturalising sense-making and anthro-complexity, which brought a very helpful body of knowledge and tools to my role which is to design and facilitate the process of change in complex contexts.
Another important part of my life goes around art. I'm trying to create work that has political meaning.
