My name is Dariusz Grudzień and I work at Intel Corporation. My work experience relates to product development, software architecture and engineering analysis tools. With many years of experience in hardware/software, I have taken on various assignments including operating system development, predictive analytics and cross-site collaboration on software architecture projects. Recently, I have been focused on applying the latest neuroscience and cognitive psychology findings in leadership development, decision making, and coaching skills. My professional interests include enabling better work environments via dialogic organization building, adaptive leadership practices and applied anthro-complexity amongst teams worldwide. I learned about the Cynefin® framework and concepts of anthro-complexity some 10 years ago when I was trained by Dave Snowden and his team. Since then, I remained in touch with his work by participating in Cynefin® retreats and events organized by Cognitive Edge.

My outside interests include: sailing, lumber jacking, baroque music, software development on non-profit projects, and support for educational institutions.
