I am an expert Manager of ordered Change - highly skilled, accredited and experienced in a variety of sectors.
These include Government bodies (Business Link - Infrastructure setup), voluntary sector (Action for Children - designed new offices and working practices), Learning tech (Account managed prestigious Finland account for Canadian HQ) and Infrastructure Cost Control (Working with HS2 and Highways England to standardise working practices).
I am also an explorer of Complex change! This includes coaching individuals and facilitating teams in dealing with change.
I am highly focused on delivering business benefits and leading people with engagement and facilitation through change programmes, and am underpinned by a string of formal qualifications including MSc Programme Management from Cranfield University.
