Simone’s work involves guiding the digital journey of organisations and individuals in adapting to Humanising IT. Blending business and technology approaches and frameworks to help us thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic world. Flourishing humans and exceptional experiences are a result of her active values - people connected, knowledge shared, possibilities discovered and potential realised.

A recognised Top 25 Industry Thought Leader and 2021 Women in DevOps list, Simone is the Editorial Director of 'The Era of HumanisingIT' docuseries, contributing author to VeriSM Unwrapped and Applied and ITIL4 High Velocity IT and other international certifications and DevOps Institute eBooks.

Simone looks to take things beyond technology by combining it with her HR, Organisational Change and complementary health background for a deep leadership experience shared through writing, consulting, training, workshops, conferences, podcasts and social media.

Changes in the skyline of an organisation reflect the changes in its business culture and society context. At the heart of this is the understanding that the changes in our culture are a reflection of the changes within our people. As our world changes, so do we, as people, continue to adapt and build resilience. We need to be and remain fluid in the way we approach change beyond digital transformation.

It’s important to stay tuned to what's happening in our world in the now, adjust our thinking where need be and know that our leadership (with or without the title) Makes a Difference! Being innovative often means interpreting the old in new ways, creating a culture incorporating a strategic level of knowledge management across the business to increase our viability and thrive-ability. Collaboration creates conversations, creating better communication, creating wider transparency and deeper trust. Business results are achieved through a human centric advantage, connecting humans with purpose. This is where experience minded and purpose driven organisations are able to expand minds and capability. Competency transformation and maintaining skillset is a strategic initiative and critical if business wishes to ensure the capability of teams.

Principles are inherent in creating the culture in which everyone understands what is important and establishes the compass for expected behaviour and decision-making. As a business and technology mixologist, I use four key principles of people connected, knowledge shared, possibilities discovered and potential realised. My focus is to help you create the right blend of frameworks and practices to achieve your outcomes, no matter what type of change you may be facing or where you find yourself in your journey. An approachable and upfront style, easy to be with yet I will challenge you, help you find the potholes and/or grand canyons in your journey and encourage you to take an active part in this relationship. Your life, your responsibility.
