I am Yeu-Wen Mak. I first came to know about Cynefin when I attended Dave's workshop in Sydney in 2005. However, I did not have an opportunity to really engage with Dave and the community of practitioners until now.

I have spent too many years in IT strategic planning and implementation experience as an enterprise architect in the past. More recently, I have volunteered/worked with organisations in the for-purpose sector/groups in the hope of transforming my local neighbourhood into a socially just and ecologically safe community.

My current research interests lie in applying what I have learned in complexity science to augmenting collective human intelligence with machine intelligence in order to sustain coherent and viable communities/organisations.
