Change origins to name and history? --Gregbtalk 09:24, 25 March 2021 (UTC)
A vector has two characteristics - magnitude and direction so why three? --Gregbtalk 11:07, 22 November 2022 (UTC). You can use a sailing analogy where a boat is moving through the water in a direction, at a certain speed, and is experiencing a wind at a certain angle and speed. The resultant direction and speed is the sum of the vectors.
Add the following - “The greatest loss of time is delay and expectation, which depend upon the future. We let go the present, which we have in our power, and look forward to that which depends upon chance, and so relinquish a certainty for an uncertainty.” ― Lucius Annaeus Seneca - Gregbtalk 19:08, 23 March 2023 (UTC)
