legal agreements, privacy policy etc. into the standard footers

I've gathered together a few creative commons legal text that may help us converge on something appropriate for this wiki. Please note I am not a lawyer. JohnGrant (talk)

Reference markup not working

The "Cite" extension might be missing. It needs to be installed. More details in the link below.

Extension:Cite

Already listed on the page (Please sign comments on the talk page ---Snowded TALK 18:00, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
My intention was to give an indication about why the Reference markup issue, listed on the page, was not working. If it doesn't help, I can erase this all point. Thanks ---Corinalupu (talk) 09:35, 10 February 2021 (UTC)

Thank options

In current list of issues, "Add thank you option" is listed but it does not work untill we does not install Notification extension on wiki. Will it okay if I install that extension. This will add two icon in front of username like https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/1e/Screenshot_of_Echo_notification_extension.png. -Jay0 (talk) 12:25, 12 February 2021 (UTC)

Mobile responsiveness

Mobile responsiveness apparently not configured (installed?). Would br highly beneficial for usability. (Moved here from Talk:Main Page) -----Luca OrlassinoT-A-L-K 14:03, 12 March 2021 (UTC)

Anyone know how to give us responsive blocks on landing pages? So they default to two columns but render in one for folk squinting at mobile devices? Wikidata appears to have cracked it. Can we import their template and adapt from that? See https://www.wikidata.org/ ---- Singleblade 13:23, 14 March 2021 (UTC)
